Work and Mission

Allison Weiss Brady is a publicist for boutique clients, ranging from artists to musicians, designers, authors, beauty, nonprofits, and more. She believes in helping clients through a strategic, multi-pronged, high-touch approach to PR – building deep relationships and offering a broad range of support including sales development, marketing, networking, social media, fundraising, and curating memorable events. Her goal is always to help clients expose their products to the right people in meaningful ways. 

Her work beyond PR – as a model and journalist – also informs her approach to publicity, and her knowledge of high fashion, design, and art allows her to offer on-trend, yet classical guidance for her clients. She is represented by Click Models and has appeared in Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, L’Officiel, and more, and has authored articles for various publications, including Philadelphia Style, Yahoo! Travel, The Miami Herald, SocialMiami, SocialAtlanta, Palm Beach Young Society, HauteLiving.com.

  • Celebrity stylist Brooke Rounick of Fashionably Noted

  • Embellish Beauty makeup brand founded by celebrity makeup artist Marcia Williams

  • Subcontracted through Simplified Media Agency to handle PR for Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting and also Robert Abbey Fine Lighting 

  • Gene Spotlight, Inc. non-profit which funds treatments for rare diseases

  • Bored No More non-profit, which donates fun activity bags to kids while they’re at local hospitals for extended visits

While Allison guides her clients through national campaigns, her strong ties to Philadelphia allow her to meaningfully network her clients on a local level. Allison attended the University of Pennsylvania with a major in communications and a concentration in marketing from the Wharton School. She currently serves as a Trustee for the entire University of Pennsylvania and is a co-vice chairperson for the UPenn Football Board. She is involved in many charities including Gene Spotlight, and Bored No More.  

Strategic Partnerships

Through long-standing media and industry connections in the fashion and design world, Allison places client products and services in national publications and websites – creating strong, immediate brand recognition and opening doors to local placements and partnerships. She merges clients with overlapping audiences to create strategic partnerships and events, and finds speakers and special guests that spark interest and engagement. Allison also subcontracts with media agencies to help with clients that fit her expertise, expanding her network, and, in turn, expanding theirs. 

Memorable Projects

Throughout the years, Allison has represented some exciting celebrities and high-profile events, as well as successful fundraisers that brought national recognition to nonprofit clients, including:

  • Represented Scott Stapp, lead singer of Creed, at the Grammy Awards, MTV VMAs, and Super Bowl

  • Led event planning and publicity for an event with the President of the Florida Marlins featuring President George W. Bush 

  • Hosted a private event at Rittenhouse Hotel with President Bill Clinton 

  • Worked with the National Basketball Association (NBA) to relaunch of the NBA.com 

  • Coordinated a visit with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to The White House to celebrate Black Music Month 

  • Coordinated and publicized Gene Spotlight charity fundraising events at De Beers Jewelry and Ann Taylor, as well as coordinated a Gene Spotlight charity auctions, featuring items including First Pitch at a Marlins game, concert tickets and meet & greet with country superstar Keith Urban 

  • Published and coordinated Bored No More charity fundraising events at Kendra Scott in Ardmore and also Veronica Beard in Ardmore 

  • Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation events at Van Cleef & Arpels, Intermix, and more 

Allison is personally engaged and connected to clients. Whether they raise important dollars during an event, are featured on the cover of two newspapers on the same day, or are picked up by the Associated Press – she feels their wins deeply.
