As Chief Communications Officer at PJM Interconnection, she currently leads communications for the nation's largest electricity grid, overseeing a wide range of initiatives from internal messaging to energy policy advocacy. While her role at PJM is a significant highlight, Susan’s broader influence is rooted in her extensive experience shaping corporate communication strategies, fostering public relations excellence, and navigating complex, regulated sectors.

Her leadership has helped define some of the most prominent organizations in the public relations field, having previously served as Executive Vice President at Bellevue Communications, where she guided major clients like Campbell’s, McDonald’s, and Temple Health. Additionally, Susan’s tenure as an Emmy Award-winning television journalist provided a foundation for her exceptional communication skills, including crisis management, media relations, and content development. Throughout her career, she has made a lasting difference in her community through her volunteer work with several nonprofit organizations. Susan’s remarkable contributions and dedication to the field continue to inspire and shape the industry at large and we look forward to honoring her.
