Bios:
Kenneth Hilario is an Account Manager at AKCG – Public Relations Counselors, where he supports and collaborates with the firm’s proactive media relations team and clients in the education and senior living industries.
He began his career as a multimedia business reporter, covering the hospitality, tourism and communications industries in the Philadelphia region. Prior to joining AKCG, Kenneth specialized in content strategy and digital marketing at two Philadelphia agencies, where he supported clients in the civic, health care, real estate and tourism industries.
Kenneth continues to leverage his journalism skills, which allow him to craft compelling narratives, ask the right questions and tailor messages to a diverse audience.
He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association (PPRA). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia.
In his spare time, Kenneth plays video games and travels when he can.

Tom Brubaker is a senior manager, marketing and communications at PECO Energy, and his responsibilities include brand and reputation management, social and digital media strategy, customer marketing, and he serves as a public information officer for the company. Previously, Tom was a senior marketing specialist with PECO, leading promotions for the commercial and industrial sectors, and helping to launch the company’s energy efficiency portfolio. Tom’s prior marketing and communications experience included work in financial services, commercial lending, and insurance, both domestically and internationally. He has served on the boards of the Eastern Pennsylvania Alliance for Clean Transportation (EP-ACT), the Philadelphia Chapter of the Green Building Coalition, Green Building United (GBU), and is currently a board member of the Wagner Free Institute of Science. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in business from Eastern University and has completed graduate work in business at Drexel University and communications at LaSalle University.
Hope Horwitz has spent her life in communications. Now a partner at Feldscher Horwitz Public Relations, Hope focuses on experiential PR working with the Bucks County Playhouse, First Up, Beth David Reform Congregation and many more. She has worked both in-house PR and agency PR and spent 15 years in fundraising and event planning, skills she uses to build community relationships for her clients regularly.
Hope has completed the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. She is Past President of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association, was on the Leadership Committee of the eWomenNetwork in South Jersey, and was the Vice President of Programs and Education for the New Jersey South Chapter of the International Special Events Society Board. Always active in all of her memberships, she is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and the Pyramid Club.

Jen Burns is a writer, published author, and social media marketing professional based out of Bucks County, PA. Currently, she is the full-time communications manager at Peddler's Village, an award-winning destination located in Lahaska, Bucks County, freelance content manager at Slice Communications, and author of "Hidden History of Bucks County." In her free time, she volunteers and serves as president of the Craven Hall Historical Society and secretary of the Bucks County Housing Group. Jen loves hiking, exploring historic sites, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, Ronin and Zorro, and cats, Trinity, Nightmare, and Salem.

Jenna Jenkins is a Digital Content Producer at Slice Communications, a marketing agency recently named one of Ragan’s 2025 Top Places to Work in Communications. Jenna prides herself on being a creative content strategist, social media maven, and interpersonal communications expert. She helps Slice’s clients identify who they are, the story they want to tell, and the best practices for sharing their stories with audiences.
Jenna graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in English. As a member of PPRA (Philadelphia Public Relations Association), Jenna joined the College Student Membership Program to aid in planning and executing events, helping students get their feet wet in the industry. She is also a member of the St. Petersburg, Florida, Chamber of Commerce (where she resides). Lastly, she has most recently been named the President of the Book + Sip Club chapter in St. Petersburg. Here, she runs social, plans book events, and builds internal and external relationships in her area. She believes that everyone should love what they do and do what they love.
